The student evening is a proud tradition, where our talented chef and waiter students from Gl. Skovridergaard and Vejlsøhus is allowed to shine.
Here, the students themselves are responsible for everything – from composing the menu and matching the wines to service, atmosphere and management of the entire restaurant.
The result? An evening where you as guests get a very special experience – created by young talents who are passionate about their profession and take pride in delivering gastronomy and service at the highest level.
