When autumn has truly settled over Silkeborg, and darkness falls early, we invite you inside for an atmospheric and tasteful Midsummer's Eve in the beautiful setting of Gl. Skovridergaard.
We set the table for a classic evening with warmth, presence and traditional Danish food at its very best.
A menu with tradition and finesse
The menu is at:
- Classic moor sand with all the delicious accessories that go with it
- Apple cake in new clothes – a modern interpretation of the beloved dessert
All served in our cozy restaurant with a view of the old park and the autumn colors reflected in the windows.
Price for 2 courses: 415 kr.
The restaurant is open from 6:00 PM.

- Smoked Ådal trout with smoked cheese cream, salted cucumbers, crispy rye bread chips and herbs from Engesvang.
