Dine in the heart of the park

When you visit Gl. Skovridergaard, you have a very special opportunity to enjoy dinner in Restaurant Orangeriet – our unpretentious and atmospheric a la carte restaurant with a view of the park and forest.

Nature on the plate

The Orangeriet offers a relaxed, Nordic dining experience with raw ingredients at the center.
Here we let the season and nature guide us – we prefer to work with organic and Danish ingredients from local producers whenever possible.
Each dish is prepared from scratch and created with respect for both taste, ingredients and surroundings.

The menu follows the seasons.

The menu changes 7-8 times a year and consists of five smaller dishes that you can combine yourself.
Each dish costs from 140 DKK, and if you want the full experience, we offer a specially composed 5-course menu for 595 DKK.
You can choose from our carefully selected wine menu from 315 DKK or wine served by the glass.

Opening hours

The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, where our à la carte menu is available.

Our delicious 5-course menu is offered Thursday to Saturday.
Upon request for parties of more than 6 people, the 5-course menu can also be served Monday to Wednesday by pre-order.

Hotel guests also have the opportunity to eat at the hotel on Sunday and Monday.
However, dining on Sundays requires advance booking.

We recommend that you reserve a table when booking your room - then you are sure to get a seat in the restaurant.
