The venue is designed for meetings where atmosphere and quality play a special role. Here you will find an exclusive setting that combines classic elegance with modern functionality – perfect for confidential conversations, board meetings or strategic discussions.

Aesthetics and atmosphere
The library is furnished with a large, oval conference table and Wegner's iconic Y-chairs. There is room for up to 14 people. You will also find a cozy, smaller sofa group for informal chats. Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and windows facing both east and west create a warm and inspiring atmosphere.

Technology with discretion

The library is equipped with a large screen and video conferencing facilities. The room has no free walls for hanging presentation material, but we offer a mobile whiteboard if you need visual input during the meeting.

Catering at your fingertips
Break refreshments and other meals are served either directly in the room or at a buffet just outside. This ensures that you can stay focused and at the same time enjoy a well-deserved break.

Central and discreet location
The library is located in the heart of Gl. Skovridergaard close to reception and other facilities, but discreet and shielded from the hotel's other meeting rooms.
