On Gl. Skovridergaard We create meetings and conferences that make a difference. Whether you want a classic day meeting, a creative seminar or a multi-day event with overnight accommodation, we make sure that everything works – from technology and catering to atmosphere and service.
We have many years of experience and are trained Meetovators, which means we know how to organize meetings to create engagement, energy and results. We are flexible, listen and are happy to help shape the exact event you need - whether it is traditional or a little out of the ordinary.
Food with care
Our kitchen works with seasonal ingredients, and we prioritize organic and local suppliers where possible.
We focus on healthy, nutritious food that provides energy for the whole day – and we make active efforts to minimize food waste and reduce our CO₂ footprint.
We naturally take allergies and special dietary preferences into account - just let us know in good time and we will make sure everyone has a good experience.

Gl. Skovridergaard is located in the middle of the Central Jutland Lake District, surrounded by forest, lakes and the Gudenå River. The green surroundings invite you to take breaks in the open air, walk & talks or team building. We collaborate with professional actors who can help create activities that strengthen the community and give new energy.

Meeting packages – tailored to your needs
We offer a number of well-designed meeting packages that can be customized to your program and wishes:
Day meeting 9 am-17 pm includes:
- Refreshment buffet with fresh fruit, nuts, homemade bread and cake, a healthy alternative, coffee, tea and iced water – all day
- Lunch buffet with seasonal ingredients, cold and warm dishes, a vegetarian alternative, salads, a selection of cheeses and Gl. Skovridergaards legendary cheesecake, including coffee and tea
Working meeting 9 am-18 pm includes:
- Refreshment buffet with fresh fruit, nuts, homemade bread and cake, a healthy alternative, coffee, tea and iced water – all day
- Lunch buffet with seasonal ingredients, cold and warm dishes, a vegetarian alternative, salads, a selection of cheeses and Gl. Skovridergaards legendary cheesecake, including coffee and tea
- Today's course menu for the evening
All-day meeting 9 am-22 pm includes:
- Refreshment buffet with fresh fruit, nuts, homemade bread and cake, a healthy alternative, coffee, tea and iced water – all day
- Lunch buffet with seasonal ingredients, cold and warm dishes, a vegetarian alternative, salads, a selection of cheeses and Gl. Skovridergaards legendary cheesecake, including coffee and tea
- 2-course dinner for the evening

If the meeting or conference extends over several days, we offer 66 cozy and quiet rooms at Gl. SkovridergaardFurthermore, it is only a few minutes' walk to our sister hotel Vejlsøhus, which has an additional 44 rooms.
All meeting packages include:
- Meeting room with state-of-the-art AV equipment
- Technician available
- Ice water in the room
- One group room per 8 participants
- Break buffets - all day
- Opportunity for fresh air on the terraces and in the park
Technology and security
We provide state-of-the-art AV equipment and make sure everything is ready when you arrive. Before the meeting starts, our technician will give a short and clear introduction to the equipment so you feel comfortable using it.
The technician is close by all day and ready to help if any questions or support needs arise.
