Information about the possibility of complaint
If you have stayed overnight, held events or purchased goods at Gl. Skovridergaard and do not believe that we have provided satisfactory service, we would encourage you to first contact the hotel directly via our contact form.
If the complaint cannot be resolved in cooperation with us, you can file a complaint with:
Appeals Board for Hotels, Restaurants and Tourism, Vodroffsvej 32, 1900 Frederiksberg.

When submitting a complaint, you can also use the single European complaint portal, ODR. This may be relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Via ODR, it is possible to submit your complaint in all European languages.

Winner:
A draw will be made among all those who have met the requirements to participate in the competition on Gl. Skovridergaards Facebook page.
The two winners will be drawn and notified directly. After agreement with the winner, this will be published in a post on Gl. Skovridergaards Facebook page.

Any information you provide when participating in the competition will not be provided to third parties and will only be used to contact you in connection with the competition.
